Our Mission
We provide a casual, fun and sophisticated (but not pretentious) atmosphere where customers can sip wine by the glass, snack on tasty small plates, and repeat.

Head Honcho & Lead Minion
Meet Head Honcho Lisa Walker. Many years ago, Lisa fell in love with a small wine bar in Portland, Maine. The concept was simple - wine and small plates in a welcoming, comfortable space. Upon moving to Peterborough in 2017, she jokingly said to her realtor Andy Peterson that Peterborough would be the perfect place to open a wine bar like the one in Maine, and if he had any locations available to let her know. Andy called Lisa several times with potential spaces, but Lisa was adamant that she would only consider a location within in the in-town walking, shopping and dining district. The moment Lisa first walked in to the space at 32 Main Street, she knew it was the perfect location. When she is not at diVINE, Lisa is a school superintendent (set to retire in June of 2024) and a Firefighter and EMT with Peterborough Fire and Rescue.
Lisa met Lead Minion Ed Walker at the very beginning of the journey that is diVINE, back in 2021. Over the years, he has become an indispensable co-conspirator (with diVINE and in general). Ed is the Fire Chief in the town of Peterborough, and has spent more than three decades as a first responder in three different states (Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire). Lisa and Ed were married on May 13, 2023.
